Febit Geniom One DNA Oligonucleotide Microarray System

The specifically-developed DNA processor® is a DNA chip that can be tailored to the needs of the user. All steps of an experiment including synthesis of oligonucleotide probes, hybridisation and data analysis are spatially and functionally integrated in a single compact benchtop device. The experiment can be completed in a short period of time: Light-activated in situ synthesis of an array is performed over night, plus a few additional hours for hybridisation and analysis depending on your protocol. Any experiment may be completed in less than 24 hours. This high level of performance was achieved by merging cutting-edge DNA analysis technology, microfluidics and a specialized software package.

Array design and digital data output allow for the fast exchange of experimental approaches and results. geniom® one converts any sequence information into a microarray experiment.
