    The packaging was great. Arrived in the original Teavana packaging. The product was as described, the same tea bags used at Starbucks. The shipping was a little slower than expected given that I paid $14 for shipping. But it arrived safely via USPS. Would definitely order from this seller again. Can’t beat the price compared to other merchants that sell the tea for way more and you get way less. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you.

    I got my item but the seller isn’t the best when it came to responding. I unfortunately never got a response from them. I almost cancelled my order and i saw a tracking was added. I wasn’t rushing. Just would have liked some sort of communication if they needed time to ship. Leaving me on read was just rude. Until i got EBay involved is when they shipped the item. I wouldn’t buy from someone like this again. Communication is key.
