Seller kept me up to date with the issue until it was resolved and the part showed up the very next day.

Unfortunately they were the wrong color for my car, and this was not entirely clear in the description. They came up in an Ebay search by BMW part number for the right color, even though this color has a slightly different part number. In hindsight, further down the page on the description, it did clearly say "black" 3 times. I returned them and the seller did promptly issue a refund.

Just did not want it to go to waste. Selller refunded the entire purchase price; not charging for shipping either way. That was not expected or not necessary but seller did anyway. Guess there is still good in this world.

You guys are awesome for that when other sellers would dismiss this type of thing. These guys are awesome not only did they have the ATF I needed at a reasonable price, but they did indeed keep their word by shipping it out same day, even with the extra liter they shipped after! All of them have arrived with no damages and fully sealed, and I am very happy with this purchase! Thank you guys!!

Went through their exchange process which involved purchasing another set (which was sent and received within 24hrs) and returning the other... Entire process took less than a week and was refunded quickly when done... During all this, communication was absolutely awesome, wouldn't ask for anything more... Would gladly do business with these guys again, they really went above and beyond...

That was a concern to me because it’s an electrical part. I bought as a spare to keep in my Jeep because they can go bad with no warning. Customer service assured me it was new and genuine Mopar. I received a $10. Partial refund and kept the part. They were very responsive to my concerns. I would buy again from them.

They one reflector that wasn’t broken fit perfectly! I’ve asked to get the broken left one replaced. They came in an envelope with bubble wrap on the inside. These should be shipped in a box due to how fragile they are. Hopefully the seller makes it right by sending me a new left reflector!
