They deliver quickly and on the very few occasions there has been an issue (one of them was MY error), they have always gone out of their way to fix the issue. Their customer service is AMAZING. I have food sensitivities and I have never had the slightest issue with their coffee. It is the only one I really feel that I can trust. Simply AMAZING coffee & amazing service. I would recommend them & their coffee to anyone!

Usually shipping is faster than a speeding bullet. Just a quirk, I hope, Great company, fantastic coffee!
