I received a reply within minutes apologising for the mistake and said that the missing was being dispatched immediately and my second well covered strip soon arrived. - k***a (977)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letztes JahrBestätigter KaufI can't fault the communication with this company it was great Hayley couldn't do enough for me, but this metal strip when it arrived it was damaged, the packaging wasn't protective enough just a flimsy plastic bag you would find it in at DIY store contacted seller they offered refund or replacement, I went for a replacement as I still needed the product waited a week no sign of replacement product problems with delivery company so ended up having a refund in the end and bought locally instead.
