They immediately sent a replacement covering all shipping costs and keeping me informed on everything. Even over the weekend. The 2nd one worked as advertised. They QUICKLY sent out a new one! Communication was great and fast! Can't ask for anything better! Not their fault their supplier sent them a bad part! My packaging was not damaged or abused so I'm sure it was a supplier issue. Would buy again if they hold up. Wish we could give reviews 1 year later to let you know if it lasts!
