The retainer is a bit more flexible than the one I received from my orthodontist. I ordered two sets for the discount. The cutting of each set is different. The cutting of one set cut over the teeth area a few times (my preference is for the cutting to be over the gumline so that the retainer fully covers the teeth). The other set covered more teeth fully.
