Most belts on the market run the platter on this model at ~34.5+ RPM because they are too thick, but this item works 100% as advertised to solve that exact problem. The full belt specs are also readily available which isn’t nearly ever the case with sellers here in Europe. In addition to various Yamaha turntable models this same belt is used in many other turntables too (e.g. Micro Seiki and Sonab). Get this belt and your turntable will spin at correct speed. My Yamaha YP-700 spins now on average -0,01 % from the target speed (33.3 rpm).
