  this man sold me this item knowing that I was in the US Virgin Islands. Then he did something noone on EBay has ever done with me before and called me on the phone and began a message chain OUTSIDE OF EBAY which I believed to be impermissible. I should have figured it out then something was amiss. He stalled me for a few days and then, after telling me he would ship it through the USPS Priority, he had second thoughts.   The item came as expected. We used it and i had a part malfuntion. The seller wasnt helpful or nice at all after i let them know the situation. I then started the return process through ebay. She informed me that it was the wrong address on the label and she would provide me one. She did and had ups pick up the item. They tried to say ups damaged the package. I have not got my $800 payment back and it has been 2 week. You better hope your product works with no issues. If not good luck.
