I immediately inspected and found the cover and tails were fine but the hardware clamps were missing. This was damaged by the shipper and not the seller. After contacting customer support they remedied the situation by covering the cost to replace the clamps. This was a positive experience and would recommend this seller.

They have not been installed yet, but the design and durability stand out. Shipping was late due to USPS, not the seller, and the package was beat up—thankfully the seller took extra precautions when packing, which fully protected the handles.
