At this distance, each photo you capture with your SLR can look extremely sharp.The optics on this lens are constructed of twelve elements in nine groups. It also consists of seven diaphragm blades that help to keep the picture frame steady and the results spectacular. This zoom lens is compatible with the Minolta Maxxum and Sony Alpha cameras. With a 3x zoom range, you can focus on long-distance objects. If you have a filter or other accessory that you want to add to this Minolta zoom lens, it's compatible with 55 mm thread sizes. These telephoto lenses rest at a constant aperture of f/4. One of the highlights of this Minolta Beercan is that zooming is 100% internal. Aside from the zooming ring, no other portion of this lens moves when using this feature.This item is specifically compatible with the Sony A-mount. While this full-frame device works well when you wish to use manual focus, it can also be operated via autofocus.
