I have tried 4 different HDDs and 2 SSDs and Windows 11 just won't recognize them. Disk Management sees the drive, but fails with a hardware error when initializing them. Not the seller's fault. Order was shipped quickly and I got what I ordered, it just doesn't work and is not worth the expense of shipping it back..

- 1***c (196)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufFirst use I connected the drive adapter to a win 11 machine and it did not work than I connected it to a win 10 machine and it did not work so still working with win 10 I changed the 12 volt power supply and it worked I have not tried it with the win 11 machine yet .over all I can access my data.

When I brought this up to the seller they just said it was shipped without a tracking number. I then asked what the bogus tracking number was for as it just misled me as a buyer. The seller immediately refunded my money without any explanation. I wasn't looking for a refund, just an explanation...! Happy but confused...!
