I bought this particular model because I wanted the one with the flashlight in the handle. As received that part is not working, nor are there any directions in the manual to tell how to operate it. There was some charge in it it but putting full charge to it now. Maybe flashlight will come on with Battery up to full power.

Got a response basically accusing me of being shady and absolute minimal help.
