They claim they don’t know how to issue a refund and are not giving me a refund. They put the responsibility of refund on me. I'm happy to refund the buyer if I get the card back but right now ebay shows the card hasn't started the authentication process yet. I need ebay to tell me about the defect in the slab, not the buyer. I have received no communication from ebay. If I refunded him at this stage he would be able to keep both the card and the money. I don't know if that's his intention, and I want him to have a good buying experience. But I won't issue a refund without a return.
