Long story short they made me come and pick up the tires because their delivery time that were best for me did not work for them. Not to mention the would call me to tell me they have to change delivery times. I work and can’t just change my schedule because they can’t get it together. Got a hold of vender and they could not have been nicer about! He asked me to please give him until 12:00 next day to see if UPS has any answers which they didn’t so he sent one more tire out and said thats his problem not mine. They sure know how to take care of a customer and certainly gained my loyalty even more know. Thank you!!
