One of my bales was unfortunate to of been caught up with mud during the wrapping process which meant when I opened it, it had gone mouldy from the moisture, I contacted the seller with photos, seller was apologetic and shipped out a fresh replacement promptly. Trusted the info and stayed at home, then discovered that it had arrived back at delivery base at 18.34.....no attempt to deliver. Finally delivered 3rd July 17.30.
