- 7***t (145)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufHad a few teething problems initially with this machine....someone had forgotten to secure the graphics card and the display was dropping out from time to time...it took me a while to realise what was going on because I wasn't looking for an installation error and thought it was a configuration problem at first. Once I had fished out an M3.5 (I think) screw and secured the graphics card it all worked just fine. It's a really nice machine and now runs my old games like silk in hi-res... thanks

When purchasing I opted for windows 11 as windows 10 is EOL October this year. I set up and installed the available updates which was fine until Windows 11 v24H2 where I found this pc isn’t compliant. I contacted seller Who said the processor (and this motherboard) would require an upgrade and would I be interested. Now the computer isn’t the bargain I thought it was.

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
