They sent a returns label but only after I said they had to pay postage as item was not as described (ebay rules). Quick but fairly useless communication from the seller, usually at 2am. Seller had the returned item for 5+ days with no sign of refund or replacement, just excuses. Called ebay and refund issued within minutes.
