Seller was very uncooperative, claimed they could see a bow that simply wasn't there, then ignored my message asking if they wanted me to send the underwear back with the same label. I waited a week for a response then filed 2 separate returns for the items as advised by an eBay rep. I was at home yesterday at the time they claimed they delivered. When I received their email saying they have delivered, I rushed downstsirs to my latterbox and there was nothing there! Infact my letterbox is so tiny that a female handbag couldn't have gone through it! Please ask your courier to deliver my item or you refund me! Thank you!
