They have not responded. I will not buy anything from this merchant again. They obviously do not feel the item I ordered, and therefore just substituted the product instead of communicating with me.

But not the one I purchased rather than the one in the picture. And when I messaged about the error they have made. They said “In face it’s the same product, just different bottle.” I’ve read some bad reviews on them but decided to give the benefit of doubt, since there was more good reviews. But I was wrong. And it took almost a whole month to come in.
