Yes the OmegaLink doesn't come with instructions due to it being configured 50 ways and the QR code should take you to a site with programming instructions. We do put the instructions in the listing and our business card is enclosed incase you need the extra help walking through the instructions via a phone call. We are here for you. Also the shop that installed this should have provided the owners manual which has programming instructions also. Thank you again.

I however lashed out because of a prior ripoff by DEI product dealer in the Dallas Fort Worth area, on Amazon for $169 for which I got a broken remote , and a harness and brain that don’t even go together. I get heated just thinking about it now. This guy 💯 on the up and up! Great communication and fast shipping and zero issues with the fixing the minor issue. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
