The watch was in a presentation box with an appraisal and packaged very securely . So far, the watch is keeping time. I appreciate the 14 day return period. The damage was not in the listing pics nor description. I messaged the seller & they offered a full refund but I chose to keep the watch as it was minimal. I think it would have warranted being called out in the description but maybe that's just me. I would transact with them again in the future however, I would ask for additional pics of the item first.
