However the actual delivery of the computer was a nightmare but that was the fault of the courier not the seller. DPD in my area are the worst with many eastern Block drivers who have no clue of the area they are delivering in and their tracking system is not fit for purpose. As for the computer, i had it up and running after i had removed the substantial packaging within 30 minutes.

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
