Using this hard drive in an external case backing up my main PC. I use beyond compare to do a folder sync with my main PC and the empty hard drive, excluding Windows and a few other folders.

The drive is showing no SMART errors or bad sectors upon testing. Performance-wise, it delivers consistent read and write speeds, I clocked it in around 90–100 MB/s under heavy load, which is impressive for a high-capacity HDD. Pretty much brand new although it did have some visiblel scuffs. 5 year warranty is provided by the seller.
