No, absolutely not. I don't blame the seller for the item getting lost during transit. Why the neutral feedback? Because I reached out to the seller on THREE seperate occasions over the course of 2.5 weeks, asking for information, updates or an inquiry. After being ignored 3 times, I filed an INR claim, which was also ignored. eBay stepped in. Zero Communication.
