Item which was delivered was actually an upgrade to a higher model, (E550 to E570), with just the access features, (Ports) I needed, including the CD/DVD drive. A refurbished model can provide great value compared with original release, as the processor was upped a few generations, and the storage is 1Tb solid state, a nice upgrade. And the price is extremely reasonable for these features, and the 15.6" screen is desirable. Very happy with this purchase.

When I got to toe player, it would not open. I called Customer Support expecting a long phone tree. To my surprise, I got Chris, a human. I described the problem, he said that he would email me a prepaid return label. I asked for it to be mailed. He agreed and told me that it would delay the return I received the PC a week later and it works perfectly. Highly recommend Them!

Thankfully the customer service was very patient with me and was willing to exchange the laptop for the correct one. The laptop itself apart from the issues was in very good condition, it looked brand new.
