We have learnt to request courier instead when possible. This wasn’t the seller’s fault so we are giving 5 Stars

They worked with me all the way and addressed all my questions on size, fit, bearings etc as I had an unusual and specific requirement. Using their sales support as an indicator, I would 100% do business with these guys.
