A few tiny dents in the case cover and a scratch but that’s ok. Chassis was pretty clean with minimal dust for being a used machine. I already had an Intel Core i7-8700 CPU, RAM and NVMe and SSD to move from a different machine into this chassis. Everything is working great.

The physical condition is good and a good price. It wasn't beat up, clean inside and out. Specced out as advertised. The license for Win 11 Pro had a problem. Seller remoted connected to the PC and fixed the issue and now it works correctly. Seller was courteous and good at communication during the issue. Well packaged and shipped promptly. I would buy from this seller again.
