You're disappointed because you have oddly specific unrequested or unpromised expectations while most buyers are very happy with this lot.

The seller offered to return it, but I paid a lot for shipping, customs fees, and I also have to pay return shipping since he is in another country. I used an intermediary. I offered different solutions, the seller does not admit his guilt.
