It has significantly hindered a project I am working on. This is, I believe, my first negative review in nearly 20 years of purchasing. BTW, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the book!

This seller is extremely scummy and you should avoid purchasing an item from them at all costs. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
