I reached out to this seller before buying, and their quick and friendly responses made me feel comfortable. I received an immaculate example the looks and functions like it had barely been used. Not the cheapest seller, but fair, and I got exactly the mint condition unit I was looking for. Super fast shipper as well.

The L and R buttons were also quite scratched up, but as expected, since it was a refurbished product. But overall, looks good, works perfectly, the IPS screens are of great quality, and value as compared to other listings of this exact model is pretty good. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

The hinge is a little scratched up but that was as expected for a Good Refurbished model, places and outside body looks perfect. Package arrived safe and wrapped, everything works perfectly fine, and the screens are nice, clean, and scratch free.

Screens work perfectly and are as advertised. The seller was very polite and answered all the questions I asked when I contacted them. The system came with everything I needed to get started as well which helped a lot. Would definitely go with this seller again if I needed another system.

I thought this was a US model New 3DS but it's a Japanese model that has been region changed. Item was bought quickly with one remaining and the seller was messaged after purchase to inquire about the region. Seller messaged me back about the region within an hour and clarified. Cancellation request was accepted very soon after. Got my $300 item in a padded soft envelope that was being manhandled and thrown around by the time I got it. When I pay this much money for an electronic, I do expect WAY better packaging than a quarter inch of bubbles. In a soft envelope. I was about to immediately send it back and ask for a refund but my son wanted it still. After nspecting the damages, it was little. Post office is very rough. Please don't ever ship like this again.
