  This superb booklet arrived perfectly packed and as described but this was because the Seller is an absolute A1 ebayer. I had made a mistake in relation to another item but,rather than insisting I go through with my mistake,he immediatly released me from my commitment without seeking any gain whatsoever.   This was a text book transaction from start to finish and the seller deserves great credit for this. Initially I had a query about the ties condition which the seller responded to within the hour. The postage was free so that is always a positive. Perhaps more importantly, the turnaround from order to final delivery was just a few days - very efficient. Most pleasing, however, was the immaculate condition of the tie even though it had been used. My compliments to the seller.
