Packaging was excellent it wasn’t broken or damaged because of the shipping and bad packaging. The value a little height for something broken but it’s ok if you need parts if you are looking for a new headlight check all pictures because this one is not new. The return service was excellent, I did not have to pay for anything and my money came a little late but it was because it takes 3 days
