After a bit of back-and-forth with the seller, I was able to work out an arrangement to return the item for a refund. The buyer did not feel comfortable filing a claim because the buyer felt it was too time consuming. I decided to accommodate the buyer, make an exception, and accept the return. The buyer, not wanting to file a claim with the post office is not a reflection of business practices.
