The top plate was broken and the second plate was heavily crazed, the bisque below was full of black mold, with a moldy 5 cent sticker on it. The seller was difficult to work with; she stated that she would never send a plate in that condition. But yet, here it is. She also stated that she would not refund the shipping charges and sent me to the post office. Post office said they never refund the buyer, only the seller. The box was not flimsy as I use these boxes all the time. I sent out two other fragile orders and they arrived perfectly. The buyer states I am difficult when it was the other way around. I usually don't give refunds when the package is insured. I did INFACT give her ALL her money back after she told me what the post office told her. The money was refunded for her items the day she informed me. The shipping a few days later. This feedback is not fair.
