There is no damage to any part of the PC that I can find inside or out. The hardware specs were just as described, as was the software. It came loaded with an activated copy of Windows 10 Pro. The unit is quiet, and if anyone is interested, the RAM configuration is 2X 4GB sticks of DDR3L RAM for 8GB total, and there are two additional empty slots for expansion. Shipping was quite fast, arriving in 2 days.
