Seller showed extreme bad faith by deliberately refusing the monetary refund remedy and demanding the return of the destroyed drone (they knew it was lost in water). Seller also shipped batteries fully charged (unsafe Li-ion practice). Is delaying the $499 refund until THIS is returned to avoid the full $698 financial liability. After the crash, we promptly asked for flight data and confirmed it was a product issue without hiding anything. We offered a replacement, but the buyer insisted on a full refund. We agreed, asking only for the remaining accessories to be returned. Despite missing parts, we still issued a full AUD $698 refund on Oct 22.We never evade after-sales issues and are committed to providing honest and professional service to every customer.
