  The seller was absolutely perfect. They took my second offer on the doll. I ordered the doll on 9 March and I received her today 14 March very fast service that that was completely wrapped up well the doll is as described in a beautiful condition, I cannot be more satisfied and pleased with my purchase.

  The item sold by the seller was advertised incorrectly. The item was listed as new. When I received the item the pieces were loose in the box and was missing stickers and instruction booklets. The seller said they had no idea it wasn’t new and that their team packaged and mailed the item. They offered to look for the booklet in the warehouse? but that does not fix the issue. I would not have ordered this item from them had I known it was open and used.
