As I was very familiar with the item I knew at first sight it was wrong but it took some convincing for the seller to acknowledge there may have been a mistake. They offered a partial solution (half refund) but I ended up paying for an item I don’t want and can’t use. I honestly would consider this a negative experience but I don’t want to ruin the sellers perfect feedback as they did at least offer a partial solution.
