Though it was overheating and producing artifacts, but after some new heavy-duty thermal paste, slight underclock and fan curve adjustments, the issue was fixed without any noticeable decrease in performance. The seller also partially refunded the shipping cost, since it wasn't as expensive to send to my location as advertised on the listing. Definitely recommended for old hardware hobbyists, assuming what you're looking for is available.
