USPS requires 6x4x4 as smallest package size. I shipped in a 4x4x4. Below guidelines. I cannot go smaller and box it. The other option is a padded envelope, this would cost exactly the same amount to ship and would take the chance that your item would be pushed out of the package in a sorting machine. Thus padded envelope is not a good option for this item. Unfortunately USPS raised rates in July, this has pushed shipping costs way up.
