Basically told me they never premark a card a delivered and then the delivery never happened when I tried to explain to him that this has had multiple times to me and this is the only seller who refused to work with me and offer a refund. Why would I need to lie and why would I want to pay for a card I never received. Terrible customer service and would never buy from again. At no point was it implied that buyer would be reported to eBay. Was willing to work with the buyer to help contact USPS regarding the issue; however, the buyer explained this was something they experience often and chose instead to leave negative feedback rather than pursue the matter with their local postal service. Never implied the customer is dishonest. A delivery-related concern should be addressed with the postal service.
