The ram is very cheap and has low clock speed of 2666mhz, the motherboard doesn't allow overclocking, the cpu cooler is not really good because it doesn't provide efficient cooling under high load. The main issue is that this pc is really loud , no matter what youre doing the fans are at max speed and the seller takes a long time to reply . when contacting the seller, different people reply everytime.

I have no coplaints at all and it is exactly as advertised so I am very happy with the unit. If I could make a suggestion the advertising photo is a bit misleading as I was hoping for an upright unit although this is covered in the terms etc and although Fedex delivers well they are never on time always late. I have no problem recommending this seller

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again.
