There were no scratches on either screen and none of the paint was chipped! Looks amazing, and the price is considered average for the new 3ds. Also grateful since the price included the charger with other sellers did not while charging the same amount. Thank you so much!! It also was delivered really fast so I appreciate it.

After contacting the seller, they were very responsive. They provided a return label, I sent the device back, and they sent out a replacement in excellent condition. I’m now happy with my purchase and really appreciate their help in resolving everything. Screens work perfectly and are as advertised. The seller was very polite and answered all the questions I asked when I contacted them. The system came with everything I needed to get started as well which helped a lot. Would definitely go with this seller again if I needed another system.

I thought this was a US model New 3DS but it's a Japanese model that has been region changed. Item was bought quickly with one remaining and the seller was messaged after purchase to inquire about the region. Seller messaged me back about the region within an hour and clarified. Cancellation request was accepted very soon after.
