I requested that they ensure that the tops were properly screwed in place as I’d had a leak in transit problem previously purchasing a similar kit from another seller and they responded immediately and kindly complied. The kit was well sealed and packaged and delivered in very good timing. Throughly recommended seller, will definitely use again.

Despite a mix-up in orders (which was rectified EXTREMELY quickly - I was told to keep the wrong item (free of charge) and the new one was on its way), the packaging for both (as described & extremely good value for money) mugs was 2nd to none which enabled them to arrive, within their advertised delivery dates, without any damage/breakage & made the postage cost non-existent!
