Seller provided great communication, and they informed me they had already prepaid duty fees so that I wouldn't be hit with import charges, which was very considerate being that I live in the U.S. instead of Canada. The card arrived quite quickly and was as described, and it was packaged very neatly and protectively and even came with a little gift of stickers and sleeves.
