Superb comms - he phoned me first thing after I messaged him my number. We sorted this out in minutes and the laptop was delivered the next day. As for the laptop itself - I'm blown away. It looks pretty much brand new. I'm buying it for a friend so this will make me look like I know what I'm doing. Thanks for excellent service! I'm sure I'll be back when I need another laptop.
