  I ordered an aluminum pickguard. The first one showed up bent up. It was due to the USPS. I contacted the seller. He shipped out another pickguard. That one almost made it to me, but it showed up missing from the ripped up envelope. Once again, the USPS sucks! I contacted the seller and explained. He was very kind. He shipped out another one. That one made it to me... undamaged. The lesson is, THIS SELLER IS GREAT! Also, THE USPS SUCKS!

  Originally had a minor issue with the dimensions that I asked for, but it did not take long for their customer service team to reach out to me to try and rectify the issue. The customer service team immediately reached out to me and not only sent me out the correct part that I originally asked for, but did it at no cost to me, and never asked for a return of the wrong item! They just sent me the new, correct one! Great people, great customer service! Five stars!
