After installation of the Bluetooth Radio/CD player the dealer reported that the radio didn't work. I am out almost $200 for a defective Ebay purchase PLUS the cost of $265.50 to have Toyota install it. My total loss for a defective product is over $400. I have communicated with seller REPEATEDLY to no avail. This is very upsetting. I am a widow on a fixed income and this is UNFAIR!
