Once received the computer did not work, truck started one time and ran extremely rough, after shutting off the truck would not start again. The companies tech department reached out, we provided pictures they requested, they stated that they had tested the computer on a running vehicle, very strange if that is the fact, do they have every make and model of every vehicle they sell computers for??

First time, They showed the ECM as being correct and they had to cancel from their end, Second time I bought it and supposed to be correct, they could not program it so again I had to do a refund but now 7 days later my car is in shop taking up space while I go shopping again third time.
